Santa Barbara is in the midst of a hotly contested mayoral election. With many voters still holding onto their ballots, we thought it would be fun and informative to chat with former mayor, Marty Blum. Marty was first elected to the mayor’s office in 2001 and re-elected in 2005. She served until 2010.
