Dear Santa Barbara Community!
As architects, city officials, and community leaders are discussing reinventing downtown to build a community where people live, eat, work and play, this is also an opportunity to capitalize on boosting the health and immunity of our community via architectural design. Centuries ago it was imperative that communities were designed with the health of its members at the forefront. Because of our current pandemic, it is now imperative again to revisit those architectural theories that have our members health as a priority.
