Honoring the Life and Message of Martin Luther King, Jr.

On this holiday, The Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee of Santa Barbara celebrates the life and work of Dr. King. The committee, a non-profit committed to bringing awareness to the community, is hosting its annual MLK holiday program to commemorate his life and message.

Due to the weather, the Morning Program and Unity March that were scheduled for Monday the 16th have been canceled. The Committee is still planning on hosting the Arlington Theater Program this morning at 11am with keynote speaker Dr. Daina Ramey Berry, weather permitting.

During this time of increased bigotry and intolerance, it is more important than ever to stand together.
