Honoring Alice San Andres-Calleja

Alice San-Andres Calleja, Community Organizer and the Publisher-Editor of The Mesa Paper - Santa Barbara’s Only Neighborhood Newspaper - has retired after 20 years of service to the Mesa community and beyond. As a community organizer, Alice was instrumental in the development of Our Mesa Neighborhood Inc (OMNI), Mesa Business Association, and Mesa Architects – all organizations that have made the Mesa a tight-knit and thriving community. Thank you for being the best mentor to all us! We are forever grateful for all your blood, sweat, and tears; your legacy will live on forever on the Mesa. We love and appreciate you, Alice!
